Rachael is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle. With experience across the lifespan, she has worked in both private clinic and community health settings. Rachael finds fulfilment in her work with the diverse clientele at Innervate, particularly those dealing with chronic pain. She warmly welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds. Employing a strengths-based and collaborative approach, Rachael is committed to empowering her clients. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and supportive psychotherapy to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Rachael is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
