Natasja Worsley

Provisional Psychologist

Natasja is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who started at Innervate on placement as part of her Master of Clinical Psychology degree. She has been working at Innervate since, while finalising the degree. She has experience across the lifespan in both private clinic and community health settings. She enjoys working with the diverse clients who come to Innervate and witnessing the changes they make in the group program and/or in individual therapy.
Natasja has a longstanding interest in chronic pain research and treatment and is particularly keen to support clients manage pain and other difficulties that often arise at the same time such as depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting difficulties, and substance use.
Natasja utilises a strengths-based, collaborative approach with all clients. She is building her skills in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and engages in supportive psychotherapy to help clients move towards their therapeutic goals.
